Photo diary: Chaos
I spent the entire morning reading updates about the weather and flood. This is just too depressing. The rain hasn’t stopped it’s wrath since last night. No wonder roads everywhere have become submerged in water.
Early this morning, I thought the weather was gonna clear up because the rain was not that strong. But one step outside our wet balcony, I knew that the sky was just warming up to shower us with impossible amount of rain. Being up on the 25th floor, I can see fogs and dark clouds hovering over the metro. Few lightning streaks occur once in a while, too. I tried to capture the lightning but it’s just too fast. All I was able to get was the first photo.
I just wish this chaotic weather stops already. I don’t think my country can handle more. I can’t help not to think about those people; stranded on the second floor, on the streets, with no food or enough clothing to protect them from the cold. It’s too depressing to watch the news but I can’t help not to watch it, too.
I just wish this ends already. Let’s hope for a brighter tomorrow and hope that PAGASA is wrong about the forecast.
